Hey, I’m Matthew
Lead product designer based in Seattle. Over the past 15 years I've shipped products at Microsoft, Getty Images, Remitly, Northwestern Mutual and First Advantage. I have extensive experience in the enterprise software space, but I also love working on consumer products and building for mobile. I have a passion for design systems, accessibility, and building products that are inclusive and usable for everyone.
My design career started with code — translating designs I made by hand-coding HTML and CSS. I love the intersection of design and code, and I enjoy collaborating with engineers to bring designs to life. Now that becomes even easier with the help of AI. When I'm not designing, you can find me outdoors with our dogs, playing hockey, or out at a concert.
